AIRBORNE FOOTWEAR LIMITED ("KICKERS") FACEBOOK LOVEBOX PRIZE DRAW

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

To be automatically entered into the prize draw, you need to become a fan of KickersUK on Facebook and post your festival photo entries to the Wall. Entries posted to the Wall may consist of photographs or video captured at any festival during any year. By adding content to the KickersUK Facebook wall you affirm that you are the copyright holder or have permission of the copyright holder to use the photos or video for this purpose. NO PURCHASE OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO TAKE PART IN THIS PRIZE DRAW.
There can only be one (1) winner and one (1) runner up. The winner and runner up will be advised via Facebook by 5pm on the 12th July 2009. If the winner or runner up cannot be contacted during this period, Kickers reserves the right to offer the prize to the next eligible entrant and thereafter until a winner or runner up is found.
The prize is six (6) tickets to Lovebox, for attendance at all three (3) days of the event, and one (1) pair of Kickers shoes with one (1) further pair of Kickers shoes as a prize to the runner up. The prize shoes must be chosen from the current range available on www.kickers.co.uk. The prize does not include travel costs to and from the festival, accommodation or spending money.
Draw is open to all UK, Isle of Man and Channel Island residents aged sixteen (16) or over. The following are not eligible: the employees of (i) the promoter and its franchisees, subsidiaries, agents and advisors and their families and (ii) any other company, organisation or person assisting or connected with the promotion.
There is no cash alternative and the prize is not negotiable, transferable or returnable.
Kickers will arrange delivery of all six (6) tickets on next day delivery to the winner’s address, within the UK, Isle of Man and Channel Islands.
Kickers will arrange delivery of the shoes to an agreed UK, Isle of Man or Channel Island address. Please allow twenty eight (28) days for delivery of the prize.
Kickers will not be liable for the condition of the prize whilst in transit.
The winner and runner up will be selected by an independent judge on 10th July 2009. The judge's decision is final.
The winner may be required to take part in further publicity or advertising.
Announcement of the winner and runner up will be available on the KickersUK Facebook page three (3) days after the event.
Information and data which is provided by entrants when they enter will be held and used by the Promoter in order to administer the Prize Draw. The information will not be used for any other purpose than as stated in these Terms & Conditions or as separately accepted by you. If you have separately agreed to receive communications from Kickers then your personal data may be used by them for such purposes, including direct marketing. Any personal data that you provide will be held and processed in accordance with the requirements of the 1998 Data Protection Act.
The number of entries is limited to one (1) per person.
Kickers does not accept any responsibility for any network congestion, technical failure or other problem in any telephone line, network, system, provider or otherwise which results in any Wall post not being properly recorded or received.
The promotion commences on 03/07/09 and the closing date for entries is 11/07/09. No entries will be accepted after the closing date.
The prize may be altered or varied at Kickers' sole discretion and substituted with a prize which, in Kickers' sole opinion, are suitable alternatives. Kickers or Facebook shall not be liable for any claims or complaints of any nature in respect to the prize. All prizes are subject to availability.
Kickers reserves the right to withdraw or amend this promotion and these terms and conditions in the event of any unforeseen circumstances outside their reasonable control or if in their absolute discretion, consider it necessary.
Facebook is not liable for the promotion of this prize draw.
By entering this prize draw, you agree to these rules.
