"KICKERS BACK TO SCHOOL" MOBILE INSTANT WIN PROMOTION

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
  1. The Prize Draw is open only to United Kingdom and Republic of Ireland residents with a UK or ROI mobile number on UK or ROI mobile operator except employees of the Promoter, their families and anyone professionally involved in this promotion.
  2. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. To enter: from a UK mobile number - send an SMS starting with the Keyword KICKERS to short code 83333; from a ROI mobile number – send an SMS starting with the Keyword KICKERS to short code 51444. Please note that you will be charged for your SMS message at your standard network operator rates. If you attempt to send an entry from a non UK or ROI mobile number to the applicable short code numbers above, your entry will not register. All valid entries will receive a confirmation of entry SMS message from the Promoter which will not be charged. If you attempt to send an entry from a non-UK/ROI mobile to the short code numbers above, your entry will not register.
  3. The promotion commences on 1 July 2009 and closes at midnight on 31 August 2009 for 9 weeks. Only one entry per person per day is permitted.
  4. The following prizes are available to be won and winners and prizes will be selected at random as follows:
    1. 100 x £10 iTunes Gift cards – 11 winners a week for duration of the promotion and 1 winner over the total promotional period;
    2. 10 x iPod Nano – 1 winner a week for the duration of the promotion and 1 winner over the total promotion period;
    3. 30 x iPod Shuffle – 3 winners a week for the duration of the promotion and 3 winners over the total promotional period;
    4. 1 x MacBook – the winner will be drawn from all entries at the end of the promotion period (excluding those who have already won a prize).
    Each winner will be notified by SMS message telling them which prize they have won.
  5. The prizes are non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. Please allow 28 days for delivery of your prize. The Promoter is not responsible for the condition of the prize whilst in transit to the winner.
  6. The prizes may be altered or varied at the Promoter's sole discretion and substituted with prize(s) which, in the Promoter's sole opinion, are suitable alternatives. All prizes are subject to availability.
  7. To find out the name of the winner, please send a request to enquiries@kickers.co.uk after 31 August 2009. No other correspondence will be entered into concerning the result and the Promoter's decision is final.
  8. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw or amend this promotion and these terms and conditions in the event of any unforeseen circumstances outside their reasonable control or if in their absolute discretion, consider it necessary.
  9. Information regarding personal data provided via the SMS, entry (including MSISDN, which is the telephone number to the SIM card in your mobile phone), entry (including MSISDN which is the telephone number to the SIM card in your mobile phone), will be collected, stored and processed in a database for the purpose of managing entry into this promotion and will also be used for direct marketing purposes, such as sending you news and offers about Kickers. Please note that by entering the prize draw you are consenting to receive mobile marketing communications from Kickers.
  10. Such information will not be used for any other purpose than as stated in these Terms & Conditions or as separately accepted by you. If you have separately agreed to receive communications from Kickers then your personal data may be used by them for such purposes, including direct marketing. Any personal data that you provide will be held and processed in accordance with the requirements of the 1998 Data Protection Act.
  11. Competition entrants may opt out of receiving such mobile marketing communications from KICKERS at any time by sending the word STOP after the keyword as specified in the competition.
  12. The Promoter reserves the right to terminate or temporarily suspend this promotion in the event of technical or other difficulties that might compromise its integrity.
  13. The Promoter reserves the right to exclude any entries which they believe to be fraudulent or based on misconduct.
  14. The Promoter and their agents accept no responsibility for difficulties experienced in submitting an entry to this prize draw.
  15. The Promoter of this prize draw is Airborne Footwear Limited ("KICKERS"), The Pentland Centre, Lakeside, Squires Lane, London N3 2QL.
  16. By entering this prize draw, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. All entry instructions form part of these Terms and Conditions and any entry which does not comply with the entry instruction shall be invalid.
